Instead of respecting the rule of law, courthouse officials doubled down on unconstitutional behavior. They physically assaulted me, threatened me with arrest, misrepresented the law, and even mocked me for my past wrongful arrests—proving this isn’t just misconduct, it’s retaliation.

Filmed on June 8, 2025, at Memphis International Airport, this uncut footage shows exactly what happened when I stood in the public terminal lobby, lawfully recording as a journalist.
I was:
• Approached within minutes by multiple officers
• Falsely told I was on private property
• Threatened with arrest if I didn’t show ID
• Issued a trespass warning even after I agreed to leave
• Escorted to my vehicle and surveilled without cause
I committed no crime.
I violated no policy.
And yet I was treated like a criminal for simply holding a camera.
Since this video was published, I spoke with Lieutenant Bajusz, who admitted on a recorded call:
• The terminal is public space
• There is no policy prohibiting filming
• No crime was committed
This corrected version features cleaned and synced audio so every unconstitutional move is heard clearly.
