On July 3, 2025, I was assaulted by a Mississippi State Trooper while peacefully protesting outside the Governor’s Mansion in Jackson.
I wasn’t trespassing. I wasn’t provoking. I was exercising my First Amendment right to speak truth to power — and for that, I was targeted, attacked, and silenced.
In this video, I issue my public redress of grievance and lay down my demands:

• Issue a public statement condemning the trooper’s actions.
• Acknowledge this incident and make it clear that Mississippi is not a police state.

• Stop ignoring civil rights complaints.
• Prosecute the officer or appoint Special Counsel.
• Uphold the law or get out of the way.

• Launch a Pattern and Practice Investigation into the Mississippi Highway Patrol and connected state agencies.
• You’ve seen the video. You’ve read the affidavits. Now act.
This is bigger than me. It’s about every American who’s been silenced, assaulted, or labeled a threat just for standing up and speaking out.

In this follow-up visit to the Lafayette Federal Courthouse, I attempted to submit a complaint regarding the unlawful actions of a U.S. Marshal during my last visit. Instead of respecting the rule of law, courthouse officials doubled down on unconstitutional behavior. They physically assaulted me, threatened me with arrest, misrepresented the law, and even mocked me for my past wrongful arrests—proving this isn’t just misconduct, it’s retaliation.

Filmed on June 8, 2025, at Memphis International Airport, this uncut footage shows exactly what happened when I stood in the public terminal lobby, lawfully recording as a journalist.
I was:
• Approached within minutes by multiple officers
• Falsely told I was on private property
• Threatened with arrest if I didn’t show ID
• Issued a trespass warning even after I agreed to leave
• Escorted to my vehicle and surveilled without cause
I committed no crime.
I violated no policy.
And yet I was treated like a criminal for simply holding a camera.
Since this video was published, I spoke with Lieutenant Bajusz, who admitted on a recorded call:
• The terminal is public space
• There is no policy prohibiting filming
• No crime was committed
This corrected version features cleaned and synced audio so every unconstitutional move is heard clearly.
