The truth is out. Through a FOIA request, I uncovered bombshell records proving the U.S. Marshals Service and DOJ circulated nationwide BOLOs against me, a journalist, for exercising First Amendment rights.
🔎 What the records show:
Federal BOLO alerts labeling me a “First Amendment auditor” as if journalism is a crime.
My photo, driver’s license, and personal identifiers spread across Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and Utah.
False claims I “stalked the mayor” — a fabricated narrative now elevated to federal records.
Surveillance and reports of my livestreams treated as suspicious activity.
⚖️ This is textbook retaliation, echoing Bennett v. Hendrix (2005) where the Eleventh Circuit ruled harassment and intimidation campaigns against private citizens for protected speech are unconstitutional.
