On November 1, 2022, I was pulled over on the way home and advised that an order to take me into custody had been taken out in the Lafayette County circuit court in an attempt to revoke my sentence/probation. I would find out just days later that the primary reason for this revolved around abhorrent lies given by the beach county sheriffs department, and in particular by sheriffs deputy, Kandis Beaver’s regarding my reporting an incident of law enforcement corruption with the Holly Springs Police Department to the FBI on October 28, 2022. All recorded calls are included as well as the transcript from the hearing where Beavers was called to testify. Lafayette County alleged that the reporting of a crime to the FBI allegedly violated the conditions of a banishment the county imposed. I was unable and not allowed to produce the actual evidence of the calls that transpired as I was never given advance notice of what the allegations were. This led to me being sentenced to 1-year in prison on 11/3/2022 where I was essentially a Political Prisoner at the East Mississippi Correctional Facility based on LIES!
This nonsense costed me 1-year of my life on a BOGUS Prison Sentence due to MASSIVE FRAUD committed on the Court! COMPLETELY PERJURED TESTIMONY, and ALL linking back to Holly Springs and reporting a serious incident and violation of my civil rights on 10/28/2022. This led to them further being placed on legal notice on 10/29/2022. Then 11/1/2022 while returning from a Holly Springs City Hall Board Meeting, I get pulled over by Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department. The first words out his mouth was, “how was Holly Springs, Matt?”. The lies and collaboration simply cannot be disputed and ignored here!
