Federal BOLO alerts labeling me a “First Amendment auditor” as if journalism is a crime.
My photo, driver’s license, and personal identifiers spread across Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and Utah.
False claims I “stalked the mayor” — a fabricated narrative now elevated to federal records.
Surveillance and reports of my livestreams treated as suspicious activity.
⚖️ This is textbook retaliation, echoing Bennett v. Hendrix (2005) where the Eleventh Circuit ruled harassment and intimidation campaigns against private citizens for protected speech are unconstitutional.

Journalist/Auditor ASSAULTED by unhinged Security Guard- Berkeley County, SC Administrative Building
A journalist exercising First Amendment rights was assaulted by an out-of-control security guard at the Berkeley County, South Carolina Administrative Building. My phone was slapped, I was threatened with pepper spray, and then locked out of a public building during open hours. Local law enforcement never showed up despite multiple calls.
This is a blatant violation of constitutional rights—freedom of the press, right to record, and right to access public offices. Transparency and accountability matter.
